It is possible to pick up goods at a scheduled date.
Shipping is done usually 2-5 workdays after your order resp. payment (within Germany). You will be informed immediately if the goods are not in stock at the time of the order. The quickest possible provisioning shall be guaranteed. Please note the delivery information on the respective goods.
B. Shipping and Handling
B.1 Within Germany
The flat rate for shipping within Germany is 5,99 EUR. If you pay COD (cash on delivery) the fee is 6,- EUR (plus 2,- EUR charges to be paid to the mailman on receipt).
Shipping is done by the Deutsche Post AG, normaly as insured package.
B.2 Foreign Countries
Letter: 8,- EUR
Package EU: 19,- EUR (insured)
Package World: 45,-EUR (insured)
COD: 8 EUR + shipping costs (+ return costs of your country)

Payment by using Directpay24
Directpay24 is a TÜV-certified online payment system with which you pay instantly when making your order by using your PIN (Personal Identification Number) and TAN (Transaction Number). This service is available only for domestic bank transfers.
Although no case of PIN/TAN fraud has occured yet, we would like to inform you that many banks assume that the use of Directpay24 leads to a shift of liability in case of PIN/TAN fraud. This may lead to the fact that in case of fraud your bank refuses to adjust the damage. By way of precaution Payment Network Ltd., operator of Directpay24, has therefore closed an insurance against PIN/TAN fraud cases. Whenever the insurance pays Payment Network AG for damages related to PIN/TAN fraud cases, Payment Network Ltd. will immediatly disburse the customer who has suffered from a fraud attack within the conditions of the insurance.
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, deliveries and services on the part of Neurotronics. Differing terms & conditions of the customer that we do not explicitly accept are not binding for us, even if we do not contradict them explicitly.
2. Offers, Prices, and Conclusion of Contract
All prices are cash prices and include the respective valid value-added tax. Our quotations and prices are non-binding. We reserve the right to change the price in case of typing or calculation errors.
In case of a price increase of ordered devices we obtain your approval before processing the order. In the event of price reductions the customer shall be charged the
prices applicable at the time of delivery. To close a contract, our written confirmation is necessary. This is achieved through the actual delivery of the product and/or issuance of the invoice. Any collateral agreements, amendments to or supplements of this agreement must be in writing in order to be valid. This will also include waiver of formal requirements. Drawings, pictures, measures, weights or other performance data, especially from brochures, are only binding, if this is expressly stipulated in writing. Such specifications are no warranty of features, not even if they are standard specifications such as the DIN standard.
All our devices come with a worldwide 24 month warranty.
Please affix correct postage on the returned goods.
4. Return and Refund Policy
According to Distance Selling Regulation the customer can send back the product within 14 days after delivery.
Return of goods is the responsibility of the purchaser and is at their expense.
If the product is returned to us unused, undamaged, with all accessories and in original packing we will forward repayment if desired. Please include a copy of the invoice. With the return of the goods the sales contract is canceled. Since the return of goods is the responsibility of the purchaser, Neurotronics is not liable for damage or loss of the returned goods.
